科研方向
面向后摩尔时代集成电路与光电智能感知芯片的重大需求,课题组致力于低维量子功能材料的光电子器件物理研究。聚焦光学信息感知、存储与处理中的关键科学问题,旨在通过设计实现新材料、新结构与新机制,推动下一代智能光电子器件及集成芯片的发展。主要研究内容包括:
(1)高性能光电探测及成像;
(2)光电记忆及神经形态视觉器件;
(3)光电子可重构及逻辑器件;
(4)低维材料集成光学传感器件
学术成就
在JACS、Nat. Commun.、Appl. Phys. Rev.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Optica、Sci. Bull.、IEEE EDL、APL等国际期刊发表论文50余篇,引用3000余次。获得应用物理评论年度论文奖、二维材料器件国际会议最佳论文奖等。担任多种SCI期刊审稿人、客座主编或编委会成员,朝阳区青年联合会第七届委员会委员。研究成果被国际顶尖学者在Nature、Nat. Mater.等期刊广泛正面评价和进行后续研究,并被EurekAlert、physicsworld、《经济学人》、《中国科学》杂志社等媒体报道。主持国家重点研发计划(课题)、国家自然科学基金等项目。指导研究生及本科生获得挑战杯“揭榜挂帅”专项赛全国三等奖,指导研究生获得国际会议最佳论文奖等。主要论文:
