科研方向

主要从事低维拓扑材料及超导异质结的量子输运研究,探索其新奇的拓扑量子效应及调控。具体研究内容包含以下几个方面:
(1) 拓扑材料纳米线、纳米片以及二维薄膜等结构的生长和表征。
(2) 拓扑材料的低温量子输运性质研究。通过微纳加工技术制备器件,利用PPMS、稀释制冷机等设备研究材料的电学输运性质。
(3) 设计和制备拓扑材料与磁性材料、超导材料的异质结器件并探索其新奇的物理效应。

学术成就

Phys. Rev. Lett.Nature. Commun., Nano Lett, Phys. Rev. B等期刊发表论文20余篇,引用1200余次,其中1篇文章入选ESI高被引论文。获2023年度北京市自然科学一等奖。
